‘Saboteurs to Success’ – 2012 Programme

Do you recognise the saboteurs to your success?

If you consider yourself to be a dynamic business leader and have the confidence to have your convictions challenged then the one thing you need to do in 2012 is join Orvia’s focused coaching sessions.

Orvia’s aim over 2012 is to support you in bringing the best out of your companies by bringing the best out in you. We have committed to working with a small group of individuals on the Saboteurs to Success programme so you get personalised professional coaching.

'Saboteurs to Success' will be run across a 12-month period allowing time to embed changes and to deal with all your other responsibilities. We will meet collectively for six sessions lasting two hours and you will receive e-coaching support in between.  The face-to-face sessions will help to maintain focus and offer individual attention. Other services will be explained to you if we both feel additional tailored intervention would support your business in achieving its goals.

Each of the six face-to-face sessions will centre on a specific key psychological skill and time will be spent examining what changes you might need to make to improve productivity. The programme is grounded in transformational coaching which means we will be working with your internal landscape as well as your observable behaviours!
