The Rosebud Evolution Programme is designed to drive and support the growth of Lancashire businesses by injecting £2,000 of investment in each firm participating in the scheme, providing them with a business diagnostic, business mentoring, and a growth plan.
Evolution Investment of up to £2,000 in Growth
We can offer loans of £1,000-£2,000 to be matched by an equivalent amount from the business, allowing them to access the benefits of the Rosebud Evolution Programme. Provided the business completes the programme, the loan will be non-repayable and, on top of this, Orvia will award the business a £1,000 cash bursary – providing the company with a minimum investment of £2,000. This product provides direct business investment in the leadership of the business to promote and deliver growth against specific Evolution targets for the company.
Mentoring Support
The application process is based upon the company's willingness to undergo a business diagnostic assessment to determine areas of development and growth and to work with a business mentor – who has seen and done it – to provide support in reaching agreed targets set out in a company growth plan. The mentoring programme also provides easy access to other business support packages if these are needed, providing extra value to the successful companies in reaching their growth targets, as well as delivering wider economic benefit to the County.
