Orvia have been selected by the North West Regional Development Agency, as part of a wider network, to deliver The Business Mentoring Programme across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. The Business Mentoring Programme is a funded initiative available for owners and managers of established businesses throughout the Northwest. It provides an opportunity to work with an experienced business leader, allowing them to realise their business potential.
The programme is designed to help leaders and senior managers of small businesses to develop leadership skills and is available on a one-to-one or group basis.
Our network of business mentors come from diverse backgrounds and are keen to share their knowledge and experience with you. As successful business people, they understand the issues and challenges you will face along your business journey and can help you to identify opportunities for growth by providing an impartial view of your business and development needs.
The business mentoring programme works through knowledge transfer and is completely bespoke, so you can make the most of mentoring which is specifically tailored for you and your business. And what’s more, you can work at your own pace because we offer the flexibility for sessions to take place as and when you require.
